NeedQuotes.com provides a service that allows users to request quotes from multiple vendors for free. It should be noted, however, that we may not always be able to match your request with appropriate vendors. Moreover, we cannot guarantee the quality of the vendors who receive and respond to your request. NeedQuotes.com is simply a way for matching buyers with vendors, and we cannot be responsible for any transaction that may occur between your company and a NeedQuotes.com vendor. NeedQuotes.com does not guarantee the quality, safety or legality of the information provided or the products and services sold. You should exercise as much caution as you would typically exercise with any purchase of products of services.

2. DISPUTES
Should you have a dispute with any vendor, you must address such dispute to the vendor directly, and you hereby agree to release NeedQuotes.com (and our employees and agents) from any damages or claims (including consequential and incidental damages) of every kind or nature, suspected and unsuspected, known and unknown, and disclosed or undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with such disputes and your dealings with vendors.

3. YOUR USE OF NEEDQUOTES.COM SERVICES
NeedQuotes.com enables you to initiate transactions for the purchase of products or services. However, NeedQuotes.com does not actually sell such products or services, nor is it a party to any transactions involving such products or services. Rather, NeedQuotes.com merely matches requests for information from users to participating vendors.

You agree that by completing a quote request, you are entering into a business relationship with NeedQuotes.com and its vendors and thus agree to be contacted by NeedQuotes.com and its vendors. You acknowledge that these vendors can contact you regarding your request and that you are expressly consenting to such contact by them or NeedQuotes.com as necessary to fulfill such request. By submitting a quote request, you expressly consent to being contacted by us and by our vendors via phone, fax, email, mail or other reasonable means, at any of your contact numbers or addresses. These contacts are necessary so that that we may provide the services set forth on our site, to service your account, to reasonably address matters pertaining to your account or for other reasonable purposes related to our business.

It is agreed that your use of NeedQuotes.com services is for purchasing purposes and not for any other purpose including advertising or competitive intelligence. This information will be sent to matching vendors who will need this information to respond to you. You promise that you will only complete a quote request for yourself or another person who has authorized you to share his or her contact information. You promise that all information you provide will be accurate, current and truthful to the best of your knowledge. If you provide any information that is untrue, not current or incomplete, or NeedQuotes.com has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, NeedQuotes.com has the right to refuse you any current or future use of the NeedQuotes.com services. You are responsible for any use of the NeedQuotes.com services by persons to whom you intentionally or negligently allow access to your password. Your acceptance of these Terms & Conditions indicates that you expressly consent to our use and disclosure of your personal information.

You acknowledge and agree that the NeedQuotes.com services are provided to you on an "AS IS" basis without any warranty whatsoever, and your sole and exclusive remedy, and NeedQuotes.com's sole obligation to you or any third party for any claim arising out of your use of the NeedQuotes.com services or the NeedQuotes.com Web site, is that you are free to discontinue your use of the NeedQuotes.com services or the NeedQuotes.com Web site at any time. NeedQuotes.com and/or it’s respective vendors make no representations about the suitability of the information contained in the documents and related graphics published on this server for any purpose. All such documents and related graphics are provided as is without warranty of any kind. You agree to indemnify NeedQuotes.com, and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, employees, agents, and co-branders and hold them each harmless from any and all claims or demands, including attorney's fees, made by any third party due to or arising from your use of the NeedQuotes.com services or connection to the NeedQuotes.com web site or your violation of the Terms and Conditions, or arising from your violation of any rights of a third party. This agreement is governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of California. You hereby consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in California, in all disputes arising out of or relating to the use of this site. Use of this site is unauthorized in any jurisdiction that does not give effect to all provisions of these terms and conditions, including without limitation this paragraph.

This agreement constitutes the entire agreement between you and NeedQuotes.com with respect to this site and it supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether electronic, oral, or written, between you and NeedQuotes.com with respect to this site. A printed version of this agreement and of any notice given in electronic form shall be admissible in judicial or administrative proceedings based upon or relating to this agreement to the same extent and subject to the same conditions as other business documents and records originally generated and maintained in printed form.
